INSTRUCTIONS:
Kindly be informed that all applications for credit transfer should include the following documents:
1. The credit transfer form
2. Related documents such as academic transcripts, etc.
3. Course syllabus and results obtained.
This submission of information is COMPULSORY and have to be submitted to Registry within 2 weeks after you have submitted your application online (via student portal).
Failure to comply to this requirement within two (2) weeks of your application will deem your application as LAPSED
